Scope and contact
This policy describes the MOLS institutional website. For privacy questions or requests about information you have shared, contact contato@mols.com.br. External services and individual MOLS products may have their own policies; this page does not replace them.
Contact information
The project form prepares your name, selected service and message in browser memory so you can review the text. It does not submit that information to a MOLS server. If you choose to continue in WhatsApp or send an email, the receiving service processes that communication under its own terms. MOLS uses information you send to respond to your request and discuss the project. Do not include sensitive data or passwords in an initial message.
Language preferences
Your language choice is stored locally in your browser under mols-locale. This preference helps the site offer the selected language on later visits. You can remove it by clearing site storage in your browser. It is not sent through the contact form.
Optional analytics
When Google Analytics 4 is configured, it loads only after you accept navigation analytics. Our custom events measure page visits, service views and contact clicks without sending form fields, email addresses or WhatsApp message text. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled. You may refuse analytics or withdraw your choice using Privacy preferences in the footer. Refusing does not prevent you from browsing or contacting MOLS.
Privacy preferences and cookies
The first-party mols_privacy cookie remembers your choice for 180 days. If you allow configured analytics, Google Analytics can use _ga and _ga_* cookies with a configured lifetime of 180 days. Withdrawing your choice stops this integration and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies on this site. Withdrawal does not automatically erase past measurements; contact MOLS for privacy requests.
Browsing and third parties
Fonts and page assets are served with the website. The hosting provider processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and portfolio destinations open services with their own privacy practices. Review those policies before sharing information there.
Your requests
You may contact MOLS to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information you supplied in a conversation. Explain the channel and approximate date of the contact so the team can locate the relevant exchange. Do not email identity documents unless the team establishes that verification is necessary. This policy should be reviewed when the website introduces new data collection, analytics or integrations.
